Common Issues
Progress not syncing
If your progress isn't appearing on another device:
- Make sure you're logged in with the same account on both devices
- Try refreshing the page
- Check that you have a stable internet connection
If you're using the free tier without an account, your progress is stored locally in your browser and won't sync across devices. Create an account to enable sync.
Cards not loading
If cards aren't displaying properly:
- Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing
- Disable browser extensions that might block content
- Try a different browser (we support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge)
Subscription issues
For billing problems (failed payments, refund requests, cancellation issues), email billing@bit-wit.com with your account email and a description of the issue.
Remember: we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not happy, we'll refund you—no questions asked.

Bitwit works in any modern browser:

- Firefox 90+
- Safari 14+
- Edge 90+
JavaScript must be enabled. We don't support Internet Explorer.
